Choreography instead of routine: You coordinate the flow of events to the beat of the show. When the music becomes dramatic and the lighting installations transform the atmosphere, your service team’s movements must be impeccable. You work hand in hand with our Event Director, Magy da Silva, to ensure that the culinary experience and entertainment blend seamlessly.

Magical moments: You serve caviar in a golden Fabergé egg or present oysters on misty agate platters. Your task is to orchestrate these effects in such a way that they achieve their full emotional impact without being intrusive.

Exclusivity: As a service manager you’ll attend to guests in the luxurious Captain’s Room, a cigar lounge furnished with Chesterfield furniture and rare cognacs. Here, discreet, knowledgeable communication is essential, operating on equal footing with a discerning international clientele – from diplomats to stars of Berlin’s high society.

Lead your team to true excellence as a service manager

As Service Manager, you are both a role model and a mentor. You inspire your staff to experience hospitality not as an obligation, but as a passion.

A key component of your role is the Blue Pearl Academy. Because we have very high standards for the synchronization of presentation and service, we provide intensive in-house training for our staff. You will lead these training sessions, imparting etiquette, product knowledge, and the unique storytelling of our brand. Your goal: A team that intuitively anticipates needs even before the guest expresses them.

You will work closely with John Michel Maurer, our Managing Director and Sommelier. As a host, he embodies the soul of the establishment. Together, you’ll raise the bar to international standards and ensure that every guest – whether in the main dining room or the private shell suites – feels like royalty.

Your profile: Passion in your blood

We’re looking for someone who loves service and goes the extra mile.

You have solid experience in fine dining or 5-star hotels.

You have a keen sense of timing and drama – movement in a room is like a dance to you.

You possess strong leadership skills and can motivate a team, even under pressure.

Your German and English language skills are excellent, enabling you to confidently interact with our international guests.
