Your Responsibilities:
- Support for the Head Chef in all operational and strategic tasks
- Independent management of individual services and menu sections
- Training and leading the kitchen team
- Monitoring of quality, hygiene, inventory usage & time management
- Creative co-development of new dishes & experience menus
What you bring:
- Completed culinary training and several years of experience in upscale gastronomy
- Leadership experience & team orientation
- Strong organizational skills and high resilience
- Creative thinking & interest in innovative concepts
- German and English at least B2 level
Chef de Cuisine – Full-time (m/f/d)
With The Blue Pearl, a unique experience restaurant is being created in the heart of Berlin, in the historic Nikolaiviertel by the Berlin Palace – a world of fine dining, glamour, costume art, and sensual staging. Across 400 m² and with a view of Berlin’s landmarks, we combine haute cuisine with a luxurious fairytale world.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Responsibility for all culinary areas: Breakfast, Lunch, Patisserie, Dinner Menus, and Events
- Development and implementation of creative menu concepts
- Building and leading an international kitchen team
- Close collaboration with Event, Service, and Show departments
- Quality management, Costing, Purchasing, HACCP
What you bring:
- Culinary training (IHK or international)
- Experience in upscale gastronomy (preferably a Michelin-starred restaurant)
- Strong leadership, organizational skills & passion for aesthetics
- Enthusiasm for creative food presentations
- German & English at least B2 level

Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a defined station (e.g., Meat, Fish, Sauce, Vegetables, Appetizer)
- Mise en place and smooth daily operations
- Preparation of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Contribution to menu development and new ideas
What you bring:
- Culinary training and at least 2 years of experience in upscale gastronomy
- Teamwork skills, reliability, quality awareness
- Interest in show kitchens & staged processes
- Good language skills in German or English
Chef Pâtissier/Chef de Pâtisserie – Full-time/Part-time) (m/f/d)
Do you love fine textures, creative visuals, and grand dessert presentations? Then create a magical patisserie for all senses with us.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of exclusive dessert creations & petit fours
- Close collaboration with the in-house patisserie (one floor below)
- Cakes for afternoon service as well as fine-dining desserts in the evening
- Building a small patisserie team
What you bring:
- Training as a Pâtissier or Confectioner
- Experience in upscale hotels or restaurant patisserie
- Creativity, craftsmanship, and a sense of aesthetics

- Training in gastronomy or hotel industry
- At least 3 years of experience in upscale gastronomy

Waiter/Waitress/Service Staff – Full-time/Part-time (m/f/d)

- Guest service during breakfast, lunch, or dinner
- Advising on dishes, wines & cocktails
- Coordination with Kitchen & Bar, event support

- Experience in service – ideally in upscale gastronomy

- Preparation & staging of high-quality cocktails
- Development of new signature drinks to match the story
